Available Position

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to represent clients in contracts, real estate, family/divorce, and immigration law matters under New York State law. Responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and agreements, advising clients on legal rights, and appearing in court as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) or foreign equivalent

Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. state (New York preferred)

2 years of legal experience in contracts, real estate, family/divorce, or immigration law

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese required due to frequent communication with approximately 90% of clients who cannot effectively communicate in English
