Tao Shuai brings a detail-oriented and solutions-focused approach to real estate, family law, and commercial matters, working closely with the firm’s attorneys across a range of client services. While studying at the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, he was elected to the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society in recognition of academic excellence. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from China.

Mr. Shuai works closely with the firm’s attorneys to deliver practical, detail-oriented legal support across a range of matters. In the area of real estate, he is involved in residential transactions including houses, condominiums, and co-ops, assisting with contract review, due diligence, title matters, and closing coordination. He is committed to helping ensure transactions proceed efficiently and with careful attention to risk. In family law, Mr. Shuai supports matters involving divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution, approaching each case with sensitivity and a focus on clear, effective solutions. He is also active in commercial matters, assisting with lease agreements, business transactions, and contract analysis, helping clients and the firm identify key legal and business considerations.

Before joining the legal field in the United States, Mr. Shuai gained legal experience at both a law firm and the high court of Huzhou, China, giving him valuable insight into cross-border legal issues and an ability to work effectively with international clients. With strong attention to detail and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, Mr. Shuai is dedicated to contributing to efficient, reliable, and client-focused legal services.
